Who is CWJA?

CWJA is a non-profit organization that recognizes the need for a fresh approach to the issues that face the California worker.

A living wage, the right to unionize, workplace safety, wage theft, the "Gig" economy, age, race and sexual discrimination, access to healthcare and work injury rights are all challenges workers face in the labor market. The battles are waged in the legislature, the courts and in the media.

CWJA has and will continue to take the fight to those who seek to diminish the rights of California workers in new and bold ways.
